Physical CD Orders

Physical CDs purchased here are sold by Noah B. Price through NoahBPrice.Love. These purchase terms apply to physical CDs; they do not describe digital downloads or donations.

Payment and order confirmation

Payments for available products are handled through Stripe's secure checkout. Your item price and any shipping charge are shown before payment; any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Retain your purchase confirmation as proof of payment. Please check your email and delivery address carefully before submitting an order. Physical CD orders are submitted to our manufacturing partner for delivery; MP3 downloads are available through your website account after payment is confirmed.

Preparation and delivery

Order preparation and manufacturing usually take 1–3 business days after confirmed payment. Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 4–8 business days in total, including preparation and manufacturing. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, public holidays, address issues, and carrier delays may affect timing.

Shipping options show carrier transit estimates after dispatch. Expedited shipping shortens transit time but does not remove preparation and manufacturing time. International delivery estimates vary by destination and carrier, and local customs charges may apply.

Cancellations and address corrections

To request cancellation or correct an address, contact order support immediately with your order reference. If cancellation is confirmed before the order is released for manufacturing, the order will be refunded in full. Once manufacturing or shipment has begun, stopping the order or changing the address may not be possible. A cancellation request is not complete until support confirms it.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders

If your CD arrives damaged, will not play, is the wrong item, or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact order support with your order reference and a description of the problem. Support will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where warranted. Please contact support before returning an item so the correct return or resolution instructions can be provided.

Delays and refunds

If the promised shipment timing cannot be met, you will be notified with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. If an order cannot be fulfilled, it will be canceled and refunded. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time until they appear depends on your payment provider.

These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. For purchase questions, contact Noah B. Price and include your order reference. Never send a full card number or card security code through the contact form.
