Your privacy matters.

This website collects only the information you choose to provide, such as when you sign up for the mailing list, join a preorder waitlist, request account access, send a message, place an order, or make a donation.

That information is used to communicate with you, process orders or donations, prevent duplicate fulfillment, send confirmations or account access messages, and share updates related to my writing and music.

Page-view analytics records page paths and times without query strings, message text, form contents, referrers, account identifiers, full IP addresses, or browser fingerprints. The tracker skips private account and admin pages and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Hosting and security services may separately process technical access logs. Optional message-reply emails contain a generic notice and a link to your protected conversation; verified account holders can enable or disable these alerts in their account. Browser notifications and sounds require a device preference and browser permission where applicable.

I do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Data is shared only where required to operate core site functions, such as payment processing, fulfillment, database hosting, email delivery, account access, or website analytics.

For physical orders, the recipient's name, delivery address, product, quantity, and selected shipping service are shared with the manufacturing and shipping providers needed to fulfill the order. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not sent to the CD manufacturer by this website. Order and payment-reference records are retained to support fulfillment, customer service, accounting, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
